Return Policy
FASHION READ GUARANTEES RETURNS WITHIN 3 DAYS SINCE ORDER RECEIVED IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS YOU RECEIVED, WE DO NOT HAVE A EXCHANGE SERVICE. Iqra Fashion will take care of the shipping costs upon return and we have a door to door service available in Turkey, for other countries the customer will pay the shipping costs.
Return Terms
1- You have 2 days to decide if the product is not suitable for you and contact us.
2- The following items cannot be returned: electronic products of all categories (mobile phones, computers and electronic boards) that have been opened or used, bodysuits (tight clothing), underwear and sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry and accessories, software Computers, music albums, books, cosmetics and perfumes, or when notes on the item are clear that the item cannot be returned after it has been sold.
3- Returned products must be unused and with the original package. We cannot return used or tampered products (such as damaged, washed or altered in any way).
4- Products cannot be returned without their serial numbers, price tags, or stickers.
5- Products that are breakable or used as hygiene products cannot be returned.
6- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received with its cover.
7- In the event that you receive an item that is not working properly/damaged, or if the item you received is not the same item you ordered, then you can request that the item be returned to us in the same condition that you received it in and in the same original packaging. Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will immediately start the procedure to return your money to you, whether you paid for the item or paid for the item to be shipped and delivered to you.
8- In the case of purchasing several items within one policy, the return will be free of charge only once for each policy.

Return method
1- The return must be by submitting a return request from the website or application.
2- The request is reviewed within 24 hours for approval.
3- All returned items must be as you received them, with the original labels and packing slip.
4- The approval sheet that is available after submitting the application must be printed and glued to the packaging parcel.
5- The parcel is delivered to the shipping company through the representative of the shipping company (door to door) or you go yourself to deliver it.
6- The amount will be returned within 15 working days to your bank account after receiving and approving the returned product, whether the payment is cash or via one of the electronic means "credit card, or other".
